Position: Education Intern
Entity: Sea Turtle, Inc.
Location: South Padre Island, Texas
Salary: $35 per workday stipend + shared on-site housing

Description:
“Sea Turtle, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to sea turtle conservation, rehabilitation, and education. The Education Internship offers hands-on experience in environmental education, outreach, and interpretation. Interns will lead public talks, develop educational programs, assist in summer camps, conduct virtual sessions, and participate in special events such as hatchling and patient releases-all while inspiring visitors to take action for marine conservation.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate in environmental education, biological sciences, wildlife/fisheries science, or a related field
- U.S. citizenship or valid permit to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years old with a valid U.S. driver's license
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and in outdoor environments
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
