VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY:
Position: Educator
Entity: Conservation Opportunity, Inc.
Location: Hybrid (Remote/Virtual and In-Person)

Description:
Conservation Opportunity is looking for a volunteer with a passion for environmental education and conservation to join our team. The educator collaborates in the design, implementation and evaluation of educational programs that promote environmental awareness and commitment to conservation in diverse communities in Puerto Rico. If you are a creative person, enthusiastic about the environment and communication then we want to meet you.

Responsibilities:
*Program Development: Design and implement workshops, talks and educational activities that address topics such as biodiversity conservation, ecosystem protection and the importance of sustainability.
*Creation of Materials: Develop educational resources, such as guides, brochures and presentations, that can be used in face-to-face and virtual activities.
*Communication: Collaborate with the digital media team to promote educational activities through social networks and the organization's website.
*Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Skills:
*Flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
*Good organization and time management.
*Ability to adapt to changing deadlines and work priorities.
*Ability to collaborate within a team environment.
*Enthusiastic about nature, conservation, and continuing education.

*Knowledge in the use of computers.
*Bilingual (English and Spanish); preferred but not required.
