Description:
“Mujeres de Islas is seeking a committed, organized and community sensitive person to fill the position of Field Manager. This person will facilitate and promote food security and agroecological sustainability on Culebra. Data collection for report preparation, Supervision and coordination of agroecological activities, Maintenance of shade houses, gardens, orchards and compost, & Supervision and maintenance of the Solar Cart and other related tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience and/or studies in Agricultural Sciences or Agroecology.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Residence in Culebra or willingness to relocate.
